God’s word says to everyone who trusts in Him – He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him (Ps 91:15).
Notice the phrase “in trouble” – this tells us that our God can deliver us “from” trouble but God can also deliver us “in” the trouble. Sometimes when we get into trouble due to our own foolishness or due to any other “complicated” issue God will still reveal Himself as a Deliverer.
Secondly, God says “I will be with him in trouble” – this is what we see in the story of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego – God was with them in the fire. Beloved remember, regardless of why you ended up in the trouble, God is with you!
Thirdly, notice that God says “I will honor him” – That’s how God ends – He always ends in “honor”. Because you chose to honor God in the midst of your trouble, because the God you serve is a God of double restoration, you will come out of your trouble with promotion as we see in the story of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego.
